โอ้โหฟาร์ม เกาะพงัน เกิดขึ้นมาจากความชอบกินผักสลัดของทั้งสองท่านคือ "คุณแจ็ค" และ "คุณฝน" ทั้งสองท่านจึงคิดอยากจะลองปลูกผักสลัดทานเอง และ อยากให้คุณพ่อกับคุณแม่ของท่านได้ทานด้วย รวมถึงอยากแจกจ่ายให้กับคนในครอบครัว พี่ ๆ น้อง ๆ ได้ทานด้วย

โอ้โหฟาร์มเริ่มต้นจากโรงเรือนไม้ขนาดเล็ก ที่ปลูกผักได้เพียง 150 ต้น บนความผิดพลาดและไม่สมบูรณ์หลาย ๆ อย่าง ลองผิด ลองถูกมาเรื่อย ๆ และค่อย ๆ ขยายปลูกเพิ่มภายใต้โรงเรือนไม้เช่นเดิมจนมีโต๊ะปลูกที่สามารถปลูกผักได้ ขนาด 600 ต้น ด้วยความตั้งใจของทั้งสองท่านที่อยากปลูกผักที่มีรสชาติหวานกรอบ สดใหม่ และ สะอาด ปลอดจากสารพิษที่มาจากยาฆ่าแมลง และควบคุมปริมาณไนเตรทตกค้างในผักให้น้อยที่สุดเพราะทั้งสองท่านปลูกทานเอง จึงเป็นที่มาของโอ้โหฟาร์มที่ทั้งสองท่านอยากจะปลูกผักสลัดที่ดีและมีคุณภาพให้กับคนอื่น ๆ ได้ทานด้วย

ปัจจุบันโอ้โหฟาร์มได้ปลูกผักในรูปแบบโรงเรือนปิดเพื่อควบคุมปัจจัยด้านแมลง เพื่อสุขภาพผักที่ดีและส่งต่อผักเหล่านี้ให้ทุกคนได้ทานด้วยตามความตั้งใจ

ชื่อ "โอ้โหฟาร์ม" เกิดขึ้นมาจากการที่ทั้งสองท่านเดินเข้าฟาร์มทุกครั้งก็คงยังตื่นเต้นและสนุกกับการปลูกผักและดูแลผักในทุก ๆ วัน เหมือนกับการดีใจและร้อง “โอ้โห” ออกมาที่ได้เห็นผักที่รักในทุก ๆ เช้า

O-Ho Farm, Koh Phangan was born from the simple love of salad greens shared by "Jack" and "Fon", What began as a wish to grow fresh vegetables for themselves, their parents, and their family soon became something bigger a way to share wholesome produce with others.

The farm started humbly with a small wooden greenhouse that could hold just 150 plants. There were many trials, mistakes, and lessons learned along the way. Step by step, the farm grew eventually expanding under the same wooden structure to accommodate 600 plants. Throughout this journey, Jack and Fon were driven by one goal to grow lettuce that is sweet, crisp, fresh, and clean free from harmful pesticides and with the lowest possible nitrate residues, because they were growing it for their own table first.

This passion and dedication gave birth to O-Ho Farm, built on the idea of providing safe, high-quality salad greens for everyone to enjoy.

Today, O-Ho Farm uses closed greenhouses to protect against pests and ensure the healthiest vegetables possible delivering them fresh and safe, just as Jack and Fon first intended.

The name “O-Ho Farm” comes from the joy the two feel every time they walk into the farm. Even now, they are still as excited and delighted as on the very first day so much so that they can’t help but exclaim, “O-Ho!” each morning as they see their beloved vegetables thriving.
